Leif…..great meeting you the other day at the Italian coffee shop. Began to read the first of the two books I purchased from you…..Inching Back to Sanity and Through the Withering Storm.
Having recently had a loved one diagnosed with bi-polar your book is helping me get an insight into the illness from a sufferers perspective. You have had a long hard journey Leif…..I commend you for your shear tenacity to bring it under control and for your work in helping others who are trying to manage their own mental illness and challenges.
